1. Who we are

2. What Pic2Post does
Pic2Post turns your photos, voice notes and text into written content, such as blog articles, property listings and social media posts, using artificial intelligence. It can add distances and travel times from Google Maps and send drafts to your own WordPress site.
3. Your account
You need an account to use Pic2Post. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18 and use Pic2Post for your business or profession.
4. Your content and your responsibility
You keep all rights to the photos, recordings and text you upload, and to the content Pic2Post produces for you. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for what you upload and what you publish. This includes making sure that:
- you have the right to use every photo and text you upload, including leaflets, posters, brochures and other material made by someone else;
- you have permission from any person who can be identified in your photos or recordings;
- you check every generated text for accuracy before you publish it, including prices, sizes, distances, travel times and claims about a property or area;
- what you publish complies with the laws that apply to you, including advertising, consumer protection and real estate rules.
5. AI-generated content
Content is produced automatically and can contain mistakes, omissions or wording that does not fit your situation. Distances and travel times come from Google Maps and are estimates. Pic2Post does not give legal, financial or professional advice. Content sent to WordPress is saved as a draft so you can review it before it goes live.
6. Things you may not do
Do not use Pic2Post to create misleading, unlawful, hateful or infringing content, to copy competitors' material, to send spam, or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Plans, credits and payment
Each generated post uses one credit. New accounts get a small number of free credits. Paid plans renew monthly and include a set number of credits per month; unused credits do not carry over. Payments are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record and handles taxes and invoices. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. 8. Other services
Pic2Post uses Google (Gemini and Google Maps Platform) to generate content and measure distances, and connects to WordPress when you ask it to. Your use of your own WordPress site and social accounts is subject to their terms.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Pic2Post available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we will tell you in advance about important changes to these terms.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pic2Post is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for content you publish. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
